Yeovil Town continued their strong form in the National League with a convincing 2-0 win against Tamworth, marking their second consecutive victory.
Troy Perrett came close early on, narrowly missing a header and later sending another shot just wide of the post in the 35th minute. The breakthrough came just before halftime when Ryan Jones skillfully finished from a tight angle in the 40th minute, putting Yeovil in the lead.
Shortly after the interval, James Daly’s attempt was blocked, but Yeovil doubled their advantage in the 55th minute. Brett McGavin’s free-kick struck the goal frame, and Declan Skura quickly capitalised on the rebound to secure the win and all three points for the Glovers.
