Yeovil Town is entering the summer with a dramatically reduced squad, as manager Billy Rowley prepares for an extensive rebuild ahead of the new National League campaign. The Glovers concluded last season in 16th place amid a turbulent period marked by a change of ownership and four different managerial appointments.
With their spot in next season’s National League secured, Rowley’s focus is on strengthening the team and pushing for promotion to return Yeovil Town to the Football League.
The club will be without several key players including Alex Whittle, Finn Cousin-Dawson, Kyle Ferguson, Jacob Maddox, Josh Sims, Jonathon Page, Charlie Cooper, Aaron Jarvis, Harvey Greenslade, and Tahvon Campbell, all of whom have departed following the expiration of their contracts. Additionally, loan players Jed Ward, Josh Tobin, Troy Perrett, Dakarai Mafico, Delano McCoy-Splatt, Millar Matthews-Lewis, Will Merry, and Terrell Works have returned to their parent clubs.

This leaves Yeovil with just six contracted players remaining: Joy Mukena, Jake Wannell, Dan Ellison, James Daly, Luke McCormick, and Ryan Jones. Encouragingly, Brett McGavin and Matt Gould have committed to stay, signing contract extensions.
McGavin, who joined from Torquay United earlier this year, has been a vital midfield presence, tallying nine goals in 83 appearances with his energy, technique, and playmaking abilities. Goalkeeper coach Matt Gould, who briefly featured as a player last season, will continue balancing his dual role offering leadership and experience.
Fans are encouraged to secure their seats for the upcoming season as Yeovil Town launches season ticket sales with an earlybird offer running until June 8. Adult seated tickets are priced at £385 (rising to £420 afterward) – offering the equivalent of up to six games for free compared to matchday prices. Standing tickets cost £302 (£330 later), and premium seats are £440 (£480 afterward).
Family-friendly pricing includes under-16 season tickets for £80 (£90 after) and under-14s for £60 (£70 after). Senior military fans have access to seated tickets at £313 (£342 later) and standing at £242 (£264 after), while under-18s pay £220 for either option (£240 after).
Season ticket holders will benefit from a 10% discount on official merchandise, priority entry to FA Cup, FA Trophy, and potential play-off matches, and guaranteed access to all home league fixtures at Huish Park.
Significantly, Yeovil Town is adopting digital ticketing next season. Fans can download season tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, easily update accounts, transfer tickets to friends or family, and recall them in case of changing plans. Physical season ticket cards remain available for a £10 fee.
