Yeovil Town climbed to 13th place in the league table after a dramatic stoppage-time goal confirmed Truro City’s relegation to the National League South.
With just four games remaining this season, John Askey’s side now sit 13 points behind 20th-placed Eastleigh. The Glovers’ late winner not only boosted their standing but also condemned Truro to an immediate drop.
Truro City put in a spirited performance, highlighted by Harry Charsley’s missed opportunity shortly after the half-hour mark, when he was denied by Yeovil goalkeeper Jed Ward after being released by Joy Mukena’s slip.

Yeovil responded with threats of their own. Will Merry tested Aidan Stone’s goal in the 41st minute and later set up Aaron Jarvis for another close-range chance just before the hour mark, only for Stone to make a fine save.
Truro continued to push, with Max Kinsey coming closest when his header struck the crossbar late in the game. However, it was Merry who produced the defining moment, breaking free for a stunning solo goal in stoppage time that secured all three points for Yeovil and sealed Truro City’s relegation fate.
