Yeovil Town chairman Prabhu Srinivasan has addressed supporters with an open letter following his recent visit to Somerset and return to Dubai. Reflecting on a productive and inspiring trip, Srinivasan expressed gratitude toward fans, sponsors, and community partners who continue to support the Glovers.
Since taking charge, Srinivasan has overseen key changes, including the appointment of Billy Rowley as manager after parting ways with Richard Dryden. Under Rowley’s guidance, Yeovil Town has secured victories in both of his initial matches, signaling a promising new direction.
“Our vision at Yeovil Town FC is simple yet ambitious: to honor our rich history while injecting fresh energy and clear ideas for growth,” Srinivasan wrote on the club’s website. “Billy Rowley embodies this vision with his progressive approach, tactical expertise, and deep passion, bridging generations of Glovers as we build a sustainable future.”

During their visit, Srinivasan, along with team members Bhavna, Stuart Robins, and Nicholas Brayne, engaged with fans, sponsors, and local businesses, reinforcing the club’s commitment to the community. Highlight moments included the festive Christmas light switch-on, attending the Somerset Chamber breakfast, touring local schools, and participating in charity events like the Mayor’s Ball.
“We have focused our efforts on the Three Cs – Calmness, Community, and Competitiveness,” Srinivasan noted. “Our steadying hands have stabilized the club, rekindled community programs, enhanced Huish Park’s facilities, and fostered valuable partnerships across South Somerset.”
Financial stability and rebuilding relationships have been core priorities in recent months. Despite challenges at takeover, the club has repaired finances, cleared legacy debts, and laid a solid foundation for the future.
“Yeovil Town FC is more than a club; it’s a family,” he emphasized. “Our motto, ‘Achieve by Unity,’ guides us as we invite every Glovers supporter to fill Huish Park, no matter the weather or the results. Your passion fuels our progress and makes the stadium roar.”
Srinivasan concluded with optimism: “With clear direction and positive energy, I am confident the best days are ahead for Yeovil Town.”
