Yeovil Town chairman Prabhu Srinivasan has shared an inspiring end-of-season message outlining the club’s future ambitions following their 16th-place finish in the National League.
The Glovers concluded the campaign with 51 points from 46 matches, including 15 victories, but suffered a disappointing 4-1 home defeat to Solihull Moors in their final game. Despite the setbacks, Srinivasan emphasized a strong commitment to progress and unity as the foundation for future success.
In his letter posted on the Yeovil Town website, Srinivasan expressed heartfelt thanks to fans, players, staff, and sponsors for their unwavering support. He underlined the club’s guiding motto, “Achieve by Unity,” as central to every effort made this season.

Highlighting key developments, Srinivasan praised the efforts of manager Billy Rowley and the football department for stabilizing the club since November. He acknowledged tough decisions made to align the club’s personnel with its core values and vision.
Looking to the future, the chairman confirmed an increased playing budget to support recruitment and reiterated the commitment to nurturing local talent. First team training will continue at SGS Wise Campus, chosen for its high-performance facilities that aid player development and long-term squad building.
Srinivasan also announced the recent hiring of a new sporting director—an experienced professional with Football League expertise—who will oversee alignment across all levels of the club, from the academy to the first team, ensuring consistent values, standards, and identity.
Off the field, the quest to reunite Huish Park with the football club remains a priority. The club has extended the buyback rights on the stadium until 2028 and has invested in facility upgrades, including EFL-standard floodlights, improved pitch drainage, and enhancements to the 3G pitch for youth and women’s teams.
Additionally, the club is committed to maintaining a welcoming environment at Huish Park and managing historic financial obligations responsibly to secure long-term stability.
Srinivasan highlighted Yeovil Town’s strong community ties, praising partnerships with The Hub, the Disabled Supporters Association, Dementia Café, and the Yeovil Town Community Trust for their valuable education, health, and opportunity initiatives. Collaborations with local businesses and the Somerset Chamber of Commerce further demonstrate the club’s dedication to its region.
