Wonderful Great-Grampy Remembered in Latest Somerset Funeral Notices

  • Valerie passed away on 23rd March 2026, aged 81. Beloved wife of John, loving mother to Mark and Claire, cherished grandmother, and friend to many. Her funeral is scheduled for Tuesday, 14th April at Weston-Super-Mare Crematorium. Family flowers only; donations in her memory to Parkinson’s.

  • Molly of Low Ham peacefully passed on 13th March 2026 at 81. Devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her funeral will take place at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Friday, 24th April. Family flowers only; donations welcome for Parkinson’s UK.

  • Richard died peacefully at home on 25th March 2026. A loving husband and father, his service will be held at St Andrew’s Church, Cheddar on 16th April. Bright colours encouraged; donations may be made to Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis or Sing2breathe.

  • Pat passed on 13th March 2026, greatly loved by family across generations. Funeral service on 22nd April at Christchurch Coxley. Family flowers only; donations to The Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary or Alzheimer’s Research UK.

  • Maria Joyce, former Bath Reference Librarian, died aged 98 on 8th March 2026. A service of thanksgiving will be held on 18th April at St Thomas à Becket Church, Widcombe. Family flowers only; donations to the Genesis Trust.
