Emergency services were called to a flat on Keepers Road, Devizes, at 8:10 a.m. on Christmas Day following reports of a serious assault. A 63-year-old woman, known to the victim, was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody for questioning. Authorities have confirmed that no other suspects are being sought in connection with the incident.
