A tragic motorbike accident near Bristol Airport has claimed the life of a young woman in her 20s. The fatal collision between a motorcycle and a car occurred on Wednesday, April 29, on Brockley Combe Road near Backwell, North Somerset.
Emergency services responded promptly to the scene at approximately 5:50 pm. Avon and Somerset Police are leading the investigation into the incident.
According to a statement released on Friday, May 1, the motorcyclist was traveling toward Bristol Airport when she collided with a grey Ford Puma coming from the opposite direction. The woman sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.

Authorities have informed her family, who are being supported by specially trained officers during this difficult time. The driver of the car remained at the scene and is cooperating fully with the investigation.
