Authorities in Bath are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man linked to a sexual assault that occurred in the city centre last year. The incident took place when a man on a bicycle approached a woman in the early hours of the morning.
The victim, who had been in Bristol with a friend, boarded a bus back to Bath and was approached by an unknown man on a bike. The man engaged the victim in conversation and they traveled to Union Terrace, where the assault occurred around 1:20 am. The suspect then fled the scene.
Avon and Somerset Police have conducted extensive investigations and are now releasing CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to regarding the incident. The individual is described as white, slim, in his early 20s, with brown hair, and was wearing a dark tracksuit.
