The UK’s best gastropubs have been announced, and two renowned Somerset establishments have secured a coveted spot among the top 50. The winner of the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs 2026 will be revealed on January 26, with anticipation building across the country.

Somerset’s contenders include The Queen of Cups in Glastonbury, a 17th-century coaching inn now specializing in Middle Eastern cuisine, and The Three Horseshoes in Batcombe, which boasts a history spanning over 300 years. Both pubs are celebrated for their exceptional culinary offerings and historic charm.
