Two individuals sustained injuries in a motorcycle crash near the Somerset fire station on Saturday, February 14.
Firefighters from Frome were dispatched to the accident site at the junction of Butts Hill and Keyford, where a single-vehicle motorcycle collision had occurred.
Upon arrival, the firefighters administered first aid to the injured riders until ambulance crews reached the scene. They also secured the area to ensure safety for all responders and bystanders.

Once the police arrived, firefighters handed over control of the incident to the authorities.
The Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service reported, “A crew from Frome responded to a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle near the fire station. Assistance included first aid to two casualties, road traffic management, and scene safety until ambulance and police services took over.”
