Helen Davies, editor of The Sunday Times Parent Power, highlighted the challenges schools face today, including budget constraints, mental health concerns, and special educational needs. She praised the educators’ dedication to delivering innovative teaching methods that not only foster academic success but also prepare students for the demands of the 21st century. “It’s inspiring to see schools nurturing a lifelong love of learning while equipping their students for the future,” Davies said.
Ralph Allen School supports over 1,300 students aged 11 to 18 and was rated ‘Good’ in its 2024 Ofsted inspection. King Edward’s School, a private institution established in 1552 and named after King Edward VI, educates approximately 1,000 pupils aged 3 to 18.
