Among the recent notices, we remember Graham ‘Nobby’, a beloved former police officer and football coach from Frome and Bath, who passed away peacefully on 8th August 2026 at Torrwood Care Home in Wells, aged 86. Graham was highly respected and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
His funeral service will be held at Haycombe Crematorium, Bath, on Thursday 27th August at 2.00 pm. Attendees are encouraged to wear smart casual attire or a football shirt as a tribute to Graham’s support of Yeovil Town Football Club and Frome Collegians. Following the service, a reception will take place at Frome Football Club. The family requests no flowers, but donations may be made to Dementia UK via Wayne Kelly Independent Funeral Directors.
