Three Hospitalized After Hit-and-Run Crash on A46 Near Bath

Three individuals are currently hospitalized following a hit-and-run collision on the A46 near Bath.

Avon and Somerset Police responded to reports of a serious crash at 3:06 pm on Gloucester Road near Upper Swainswick. The incident involved a white Dacia and a black Range Rover.

Emergency services transported all three occupants of the Dacia to the hospital. Authorities confirmed that the driver of the Range Rover fled the scene shortly after the collision. Police are actively searching for the individual.

The A46 remains closed between the junctions of London Road and the A420 as investigations take place.
