The nightlife landscape across the UK is changing, with rising costs and shifting social habits impacting the vibrancy of hotspots. Capital on Tap analyzed the UK’s nightlife scene and revealed Bath, England as the best UK city for a night out. Other cities such as Leeds and Brighton also made the list, while London, Hull, and Glasgow are experiencing the biggest decline in nightlife hotspots.

Bath, known for its picturesque setting and vibrant community, leads the pack with 38 clubs and 260 pubs per 10,000 people. Leeds follows with a thriving clubbing scene, and Brighton offers a diverse mix of LGBTQ+ friendly venues and live music.

London, Hull, and Glasgow are facing a sharp decline in their nightlife scenes, with diminishing numbers of clubs and pubs. Manchester, despite a decrease in the number of venues, continues to be a top nightlife hot spot.
