Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for information regarding a public order incident involving a group of teenagers that occurred in Wells city centre on the evening of Tuesday, June 9.
The disturbance took place between 6:50 pm and 8:00 pm, initially reported at Wells Bus Station before moving through High Street and St Cuthberts Street, ultimately concluding near a retailer on Tucker Street.
Authorities have released descriptions of three individuals involved. The first is a male believed to be of Eastern European or Turkish descent, with medium-length brown hair. He was seen wearing a blue and white jacket and blue jogging bottoms, and notably carrying a ‘man bag.’

Additionally, two blonde females were part of the group. Both were wearing black hooded jumpers, with one having her hood up. These two were accompanied by other teenage boys during the incident. Further details about the females remain limited.
The police have conducted CCTV reviews, spoken to witnesses, and gathered initial statements from those involved. They are now urging anyone who witnessed the event or has relevant footage from dash cams, mobile phones, or CCTV to assist their investigation.
