A 33-year-old man from Taunton has been remanded in custody following charges related to multiple alleged sexual assaults. Oliver Ager of East Reach appeared at Taunton Magistrates’ Court on May 13, facing serious allegations stemming from incidents reported earlier in the month.
He is charged with two counts of outraging public decency for incidents on May 1 and May 12. Additionally, Ager faces eight counts of sexual assault by touching, alleged to have occurred between April 19 and April 30.
According to Avon and Somerset Police, several women came forward after experiencing unwanted sexual contact over their clothing as they walked past the accused, none of which was consented to.

Ager remains in custody as he awaits a hearing scheduled for June 12 at Taunton Crown Court.
