Zephan Thompson, 26, from Rowan Close in Weston-super-Mare, was clocked traveling more than twice the speed limit on a B-road in Somerset’s Chew Valley in March. Thompson was riding a Yamaha MT on Chapel Lane, Chew Stoke, when a traffic officer stopped him on March 30 after observing the excessive speed and a dangerous overtaking maneuver.
