Unlawful visitors have been entering the building, using drugs, urinating and defecating in lifts, and even contaminating communal areas with used needles and blood.
In response to numerous complaints and growing distress among tenants—many of whom are elderly, families with young children, or otherwise vulnerable—Bath Magistrates’ Court issued a partial closure order on July 1.</description></item></channel></rss>
