Summerfield Homes is nearing completion of the Killams Park development, which includes 315 homes and a 66-bed care home located on Killams Drive at the southern edge of Taunton, Somerset’s county town. The project, approved by Taunton Deane Borough Council in December 2013, committed to providing 25% affordable housing—amounting to 79 homes—and allocated funds for a new primary school, which contributed to the construction of Orchard Grove Primary School nearby.
