Prendergast, 49, will join the club from Munster Rugby and is set to begin his role at Farleigh House ahead of the 2026/27 pre-season. Prendergast’s rugby journey began as a player with Munster, followed by spells at French side CS Bourgoin-Jallieu and English Premiership club Gloucester Rugby. After returning to Munster, he transitioned into coaching, gaining extensive experience within French rugby.
