This development forms part of a larger project by Summerfield Homes, which recently completed 320 homes on Killams Drive, near the southern edge of Somerset’s county town. Sherwell Manor, situated on Cutliffe Road, is nearing completion after construction began last summer, following planning approval from Somerset Council in March 2025.
