The incident in question allegedly occurred on Halloween, October 31, 2025, involving a woman aged 16 or older. Lakey appeared at Bath Magistrates' Court where he was granted conditional bail. The case has now been sent to Bristol Crown Court, with Lakey scheduled to appear there on Friday, June 12.
