Beginning his journey in 2006 as a night concierge at Julian House, Alfie has witnessed profound changes in the challenges faced by those sleeping rough, as well as in the services designed to support them. Reflecting on the transformation, Alfie shares, “In 2014, the hostel underwent a complete renovation that replaced shared dormitories with private pods for each client.
