The original application, submitted for 22 The Tynings in Saltford, was refused in January due to concerns over a “cramped” development of five homes on the extensive garden. Applicant Sandy Veer has now scaled back the scheme to four homes, each with larger garden spaces, in an effort to address the council’s objections.
