Emergency services responded to a two-vehicle collision on Bath Road, West Harptree, at approximately 7:40 pm on Monday, July 13. Despite rapid intervention, the elderly man was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has been informed and is receiving support from specially trained officers. A young woman involved in the crash was hospitalised but has since been discharged after receiving treatment.
