Having reopened on May 3, Shepton Mallet Lido, managed by Fusion Lifestyle, introduces its new full moon swim series this season. The team shares, “We’re excited to offer a unique swimming experience that lets people enjoy the calm and beauty of the moon’s glow while taking a refreshing dip.”
Full moons have traditionally been linked to restless nights, with some scientific studies suggesting that the lunar phase can subtly disrupt the body’s natural circadian rhythm, leading to lighter sleep and more frequent awakenings.
