An impressive sequel to the successful exhibition of knitted D-Day scenes, The Longest Yarn 2 – Britain at War, presents an array of captivating scenes depicting wartime Britain, created by knitters from across the UK and beyond.
Hosted at Wells Cathedral from April 29th to May 10th, this exhibition offers visitors a unique opportunity to view the remarkable scenes, coinciding with the celebration of VE Day on May 8th.

Tansy Forster, the organizer of both The Longest Yarn and its sequel, expresses her amazement at the overwhelming response to the first exhibition and her excitement in creating The Longest Yarn 2.
