Somerset LEGO Lovers Unite at Weston Brick Festival

This Sunday, May 11, Weston-super-Mare’s Hutton Moor Leisure Centre will become a vibrant hub for LEGO enthusiasts of all ages as the Weston Brick Festival returns for another exciting day of brick-building fun.

The festival, dedicated entirely to the world of LEGO, offers a full schedule packed with engaging activities and spectacular displays designed to delight both casual fans and serious collectors. Attendees can dive into speed-building contests, marvel at large-scale LEGO models, and shop from a variety of vendors offering both classic and new LEGO sets.

One crowd favorite is the £6 pick-a-brick cup, where visitors can fill a cup with a selection of bricks of their choice, perfect for sparking creativity and custom builds. Families will appreciate the dedicated building zones, encouraging both kids and adults to craft their own masterpieces. Plus, several interactive challenges throughout the day will give participants the chance to win exciting prizes.

Although the headline builds for this year are still a surprise, past festivals have showcased breathtaking creations like a 30-foot Great Ball Contraption and an intricate Star Wars Mos Eisley Spaceport diorama, raising expectations high for this year’s highlights.

Tickets are currently available, priced at £6 for adults, £4 for children aged 5 to 12, and free for children under five when accompanied by an adult. Family tickets go for £17, making it an accessible day out for the whole family.
