This week, heartfelt tributes have been shared for 25 treasured members of the Somerset community through the latest funeral and death notices. These messages commemorate family members dearly missed and honour those whose lives were tragically cut short.
From July 26 to August 1, 23 death notices were published in the funeral notices section across SomersetLive’s sister print titles. These notices represent individuals who either lived in Somerset or had strong ties to the area and recently passed away. Additionally, two in memoriam messages celebrated loved ones no longer with us.
Announcing the passing of loved ones in local news media remains a valued tradition. We are honoured by the trust bestowed upon us to carry out these important announcements. Every funeral notice published in our newspapers and online also appears on funeral-notices.co.uk, the UK’s leading site for death notices and memorials.
