This week, Somerset communities have come together in remembrance of 24 cherished locals, as reflected in the latest funeral and death notices. These heartfelt messages commemorate beloved family members and friends, including those whose lives were sadly cut short.
Between May 10 and May 16, 23 death notices were published in the funeral notices section of SomersetLive’s sister print titles. These notices honour individuals who lived in Somerset or had strong ties to the county and have recently passed away. Additionally, there was one in memoriam message recognizing loved ones no longer with us.
Announcing the passing of loved ones through local media remains a respected tradition. SomersetLive is honoured to be entrusted with sharing these important announcements. Every notice published in our newspapers and on our news website also appears on funeral-notices.co.uk, the UK’s leading platform for death notices and memorials.
