This week, Somerset mourns and celebrates the lives of 32 dearly loved individuals through a series of touching funeral and death notices. These tributes honor family members and community members whose lives have recently ended, including those tragically taken too soon.
Between September 6 and September 12, a total of 30 death notices were featured in the funeral section of SomersetLive’s affiliated print publications. They commemorate individuals who either resided in Somerset or had close connections to the area.
In addition to the death notices, two in memoriam messages were shared as lasting remembrances for those no longer with us. The tradition of announcing a loved one’s passing in local news remains integral to our community, and we take pride in being a trusted platform for sharing these significant life moments.
