Somerset Beauty Salon Targeted in Early Morning Break-In, Suspect Flees in SUV

A beauty salon in Somerset was broken into during the early hours of March 6, with a suspect escaping the scene in an SUV. The incident occurred on Woodborough Road in Winscombe between 4 a.m. and 4:30 a.m.

Authorities report that the doors to the salon were forcibly damaged, and inside, an “untidy search” was evident. At the same time, a nearby barbershop had its window smashed, although it remains unclear if the intruder gained entry there.

Witnesses described the suspect as a slim man approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, wearing a black hooded jumper and blue jeans. After the break-in, he fled in a grey Lexus SUV heading toward Sidcot.
