The tradition of announcing the passing of loved ones in local media remains an important way to share news and celebrate lives. We are honoured to be entrusted with these meaningful announcements. Every death notice published in our newspaper and on our website also appears on funeral-notices.co.uk, the UK’s leading platform for death notices and memorial tributes. These notices stay online indefinitely, offering families a lasting tribute and a secure space to share memories, photos, tributes, and charitable donations.
Each week, we pay heartfelt tribute to those remembered in our community through funeral notices and online memorial pages. To view recent announcements from the Somerset area or to add your own tribute, please visit funeral-notices.co.uk. For assistance creating a notice, call our friendly team at 01482 908084.
