Jakub Łoza, a talented Somerset-based actor, bodybuilder, and model, has died unexpectedly at the age of 41. His family confirmed he passed away at 3 a.m. on Sunday.
Just two weeks prior to his death, Jakub shared a deeply moving update with his followers, revealing he was undergoing treatment for an undisclosed condition. In his post, he wrote: “I’m currently undergoing treatment – it’s a real phase I’m going through. I’ve never asked, ‘Why me?’ I’ve always said, ‘Jesus, I trust in You. If this is the path, I accept it.’ And you know what? I’ve never felt more at peace than I do now.”
His agent, Ewa Rączy, expressed shock at the news, recalling how Jakub appeared to be in great health during their recent interactions. “He was active, looked great, and seemed to be in the prime of his life. There was nothing to suggest anything was wrong,” she said. She added that neither Jakub nor his family had indicated any health issues beforehand.

Jakub built a successful career in film and television, with notable roles in popular series such as “Barwy szczęścia,” “Szpital św. Anny,” and the film “Najpierw ucichły ptaki.” Beyond acting, he was a dedicated bodybuilder, personal trainer, and model, often inspiring his followers to prioritize health and fitness. Originally from Rzeszów, Poland, Jakub lived and worked in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.
Highlighting his impressive physique, Jakub took first place in the Classic Bodybuilding category at the UK Ultimate Physiques (UKUP) British Finals in November 2018. His funeral will be held in his hometown of Rzeszów, Poland.
Ewa paid tribute to Jakub’s vibrant spirit and professionalism, saying, “He was excellent in front of the camera, with a natural ease around people. He was young, full of energy, committed and talented, but also warm and kind—the sort of person who gave something good to others through his presence, professionalism, and positive energy. That makes his passing all the harder to come to terms with.”
