Significant-Value Handbags Stolen from Mulberry Factory Shop in Shepton Mallet

Handbags of significant value were stolen from the Mulberry Factory Shop located on Kilver Street in Shepton Mallet. The incident occurred at approximately 4.40pm on Wednesday, 1 July.

Avon and Somerset Police have released images of two men whom they wish to identify in connection with the theft. Following the burglary, various investigative measures have been undertaken, including reviewing CCTV footage and conducting house-to-house enquiries. However, the police are appealing to the public for further assistance.

It is believed that these two men, depicted in the released images, may possess information that could aid the ongoing investigation.

The first individual is described as white, dressed in a baby blue hooded top, jogging bottoms, and a black baseball cap. The second individual is also white, wearing a black hooded top with the hood up.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or who may know the identity of these men to come forward. Members of the public with relevant information are encouraged to contact the police.

Additionally, information can be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or via their Anonymous Online Form. No personal information is recorded, and individuals providing information will not be required to attend court or speak directly to the police.
