Search Underway for BMW Driver After Crash on Keynsham Bypass

Avon and Somerset Police have launched a public appeal for information after a hit-and-run incident on the A4 Keynsham Bypass. The incident occurred at approximately 4:25 pm on Friday, June 6, involving a black BMW and a grey Nissan Qashqai.

According to police reports, the collision caused the Nissan Qashqai to crash into the central reservation. The driver of the BMW fled the scene before emergency services arrived. Fortunately, no injuries requiring hospital treatment were reported.

Officers are urging anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage to come forward. Witnesses can contact the police by calling 101 and quoting the reference number 5225157965, or by using the police online appeals form.
