Rochdale Dominate Yeovil Town with a Convincing 3-0 Win

Rochdale delivered a commanding performance against Yeovil Town, securing a 3-0 victory that reinforced their position as early leaders in the Enterprise National League. Mani Dieseruvwe was the standout player, scoring twice in the first half to move to the top of the league’s scoring charts.

The match started quickly for Rochdale, with Dieseruvwe opening the scoring in just the fifth minute, expertly finishing from close range after a precise cross from Kyron Gordon. The 30-year-old summer signing then doubled his tally on the 30-minute mark, capitalizing on a swift break from midfield.

Rochdale extended their lead right before half-time, with Ryan East slotting home the third goal to put the game firmly out of reach for Yeovil Town. Despite some pressure in the second half, including a blocked shot from Josh Sims and a corner from Luke McCormick that sailed over the bar, Yeovil couldn’t break through Rochdale’s solid defense.
