Bath is gearing up for an unforgettable summer in 2025, kicking off with a packed calendar of events that promise something for everyone. The festivities launch on June 12 with the tropical-themed Bath on the Beach at Royal Victoria Park, setting the stage for a vibrant season ahead.
The highlight of the summer comes on June 13 and 14, when global music icon Robbie Williams takes to the open-air stage at the stunning Royal Crescent for two spectacular concerts. Fans will experience the magic of his live performance against one of Bath’s most iconic backdrops.
June 14 continues the excitement with Ladies Day at Bath Racecourse, bringing glamour and exclusive entertainment to the city. Simultaneously, Queen Street hosts World Gin Day, celebrating the beloved spirit with tastings and festivities.

For sports enthusiasts, the calendar is packed with action. Bike Bath 2025 rolls through on June 15, starting and finishing at Bath Recreation Ground. The community favourite Bath Boules runs from July 3 to 7 at Queen Square, followed by the Race for Life at Royal Victoria Park on July 6.
July also bursts with colour and culture as Bath Carnival transforms the city on July 12, showcasing creativity and community spirit. Shortly after, the Bath Summer Fayre takes place on Milsom Street from July 18 to 20, offering local crafts, delicious food, and family-friendly fun.
University of Bath open days coincide with Robbie Williams’ concerts on June 13 and 14, meaning the city will be bustling with visitors throughout that weekend.
Bath & North East Somerset Council encourages attendees to take advantage of the city’s extended Park & Ride services, now operating until 11:30 pm Monday through Saturday, making travel easier during busy event days. Residents and visitors are advised to stay updated via council social media channels for travel information, especially as London to South Wales train routes will be altered from June 9 to June 20, and again on June 29 due to maintenance work.
Councillor Paul Roper, cabinet member for Economic and Cultural Sustainable Development, said, “Bath’s summer events promise entertainment and enjoyment for all. We encourage everyone to plan their journeys wisely and make use of sustainable travel options to enjoy these vibrant experiences without hassle.”
Tickets to Robbie Williams’ shows are in high demand but not yet sold out. Golden Circle tickets include VIP hospitality perks such as live cooking, grazing stations, an open bar featuring selected wines, beers, and soft drinks, plus a souvenir programme or gift for every two guests.
For those still seeking entry, resale platforms like viagogo and VividSeats offer further ticket options, though buyers are cautioned to carefully check ticket terms.
