Rizzle Kicks' Glastonbury Reveal Sends Fans into Frenzy

The chart-topping hip-hop sensation Rizzle Kicks caused a stir by confirming their surprise appearance at Glastonbury during a live broadcast, thanks to a slip-up by presenter Roman Kemp.

The dynamic duo, known for hits like ‘Mama Do The Hump’, recently reunited after their 2015 split, and are now poised to hit the stage at this year’s Glastonbury festival, a revelation prematurely disclosed by Kemp.

During an appearance on Arsenal’s pre-match programme, Kemp let slip the news, blurting out, “You’re playing Glastonbury this year.”

Caught off guard, one half of the duo, Jordan “Rizzle” Stephens, responded with a cryptic, “I haven’t actually announced that yet,” as reported by The Sun.

Realizing his mistake, the DJ backtracked, saying, “You’re not playing Glastonbury this year…” Jordan, who has been romantically linked to Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall since 2020, conceded, “It’s gonna come out at some point.”

The revelation set social media abuzz with excitement, with fans expressing their anticipation and hopes for a memorable performance at the upcoming festival.

Rizzle Kicks' first album, ‘Stereo Typical’, released in 2011, and their follow-up ‘Roaring 20s’ in 2013 both achieved top 5 positions in the UK charts.

The duo has also enjoyed chart-topping successes, including their collaboration with Olly Murs on ‘Heart Skips a Beat’, which secured the top spot in 2012.

Aside from Glastonbury, the ‘Down With The Trumpets’ creators are also set to perform at various other venues, further thrilling their dedicated fan base.
