Weston-super-Mare is set to welcome music lovers back to the dancefloor with a retro-themed daytime party that blends fun and philanthropy. The popular ‘In Bed By 9’ clubbing experience returns on Sunday, May 25, at The Loft on Oxford Street, running from 3 pm to 9 pm. This over-25s event offers an energetic playlist of 90s and 00s mashups and pop anthems, perfect for those seeking nostalgia with an early night finish.
Beyond the music, the party serves a heartfelt mission. Organized in collaboration with Walliscote Primary School, the event aims to raise funds ensuring that no child is left behind due to financial difficulties. The inspiration stemmed from a simple yet powerful moment when a child expressed the wish for all students to attend school trips, highlighting disparities caused by economic hardship.
By participating, attendees not only enjoy a vibrant afternoon but also contribute to easing the financial burdens on families, helping children access school camps and extracurricular opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
