After months of closure, the Post Office on Rodden Road in Frome is set to reopen, much to the relief of the local residents. The closure, which occurred on July 29, 2023, was due to the resignation of the Post Office’s retail partner and the subsequent closure of the convenience store.
However, local residents can now breathe a sigh of relief as the Post Office is under new management and is all set to reopen at the same location on Friday, April 19 at 1pm. The ownership has successfully secured the rights to operate the Rodden Road Post Office, ensuring the continuity of essential services in the area.
The reopening will see the Post Office offer 54 hours of service each week, ensuring convenient access for the customers. A range of Post Office products and services will be available as before, providing a familiar and essential offering to the community.
