Princess Andre has given a rare and heartfelt update on her relationship with her half-brother, Harvey Price, amid ongoing family drama following the premiere of her ITV2 show, The Princess Diaries.
In a candid interview with The Guardian, 18-year-old Princess reflected on the lessons she has learned from growing up alongside Harvey, the eldest child of their mother, Katie Price. Harvey faces multiple disabilities, including autism, septo-optic dysplasia, and Prader-Willi syndrome.
Princess shared, “You learn patience. Ways of communicating. How to deal with his outbursts. How to calm him down. And as much as he is hard work, he is the funniest person I know.”

She also described Harvey’s passions: “He loves trains. He loves frogs. He loves rainbows. And food.”
Princess is part of a large blended family. Besides Harvey, she has a full brother, Junior, from Katie Price and Peter Andre. From Katie’s marriage to Kieran Hayler, she has younger half-siblings Jett and Bunny. Additionally, she has three younger half-siblings—Amelia, Theo, and Arabella—from her father’s marriage to Emily MacDonagh.
Family tensions have made headlines, particularly with Katie Price voicing frustration about not being featured in Princess’s reality show. On her podcast, The Katie Price Show, Katie expressed her hurt, saying, “Everyone knows she’s doing this documentary - and I’m not in it. Certain people don’t think it’s good for Princess to be seen with me. Certain people that used to look after me.” She described the situation as “pathetic” and expressed sadness over being excluded as a mother.
Meanwhile, Princess has opened up about the impact of her parents' divorce on her childhood. She admitted, “I do wish, like, I could have had a more happier childhood. In the sense of like, I had so many things on my plate at a young age.” She recalled moments of emotional pain, saying she would sometimes come home early from school and “get into bed and cry.” Although close with her father, she said she never shared her struggles with him, acknowledging, “I’ve always grown up knowing my mum and dad don’t like each other.”
Despite everything, Princess observed personal growth in her mother, concluding, “I wouldn’t say I’m fully, fully recovered from it but mum is such a different person and if you put her now to back then, she’s genuinely really fixed herself.”
