The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are reportedly planning to return to the United Kingdom later this month, more than six years after their move to California. According to sources, Harry and Meghan will establish their home in a private, non-royal residence outside London.
The Daily Telegraph has indicated that the move is expected to take place imminently. Despite their relocation, there will be no changes to their standing as private individuals and non-working members of the Royal Family. This means the couple will continue to hold no official royal duties or status.
It is understood that King Charles III was informed of their decision on Sunday and is pleased at the prospect of spending more time with the family in both personal and private contexts. However, no special arrangements are expected regarding their royal responsibilities.
