Avon and Somerset Police have revealed the number of arrests and reported crimes during this year’s Glastonbury Festival, held from June 25 to June 30. Over the five-day event, a total of 145 crimes were recorded, with 31 individuals arrested either inside or in the vicinity of the festival grounds.
The reported offences encompass a range of issues, including 27 incidents of violence against a person, 22 drug-related offences, and 13 public order offences. Additionally, police noted one report classified as a ‘miscellaneous crime against society’.
Police have clarified that some categories, such as ‘Blank’ and ‘Crime-related incidents,’ are pending further investigation and may be reclassified once more details are available.

In a separate development, Avon and Somerset Police have launched a criminal investigation concerning remarks made on stage by performers Kneecap and Bob Vylan during the festival.
