This insight came after a heated public dispute between Peter and Katie over custody and involvement in their children’s lives. The couple shares two children, Princess and Junior, and have clashed in recent months. Katie accused Peter and his management of excluding her from Princess’s career opportunities and claimed the children primarily live with her. Peter responded decisively, asserting that the children have been in his care since 2018.
Writing in his weekly column for New magazine, Peter also reflected on Stacey Dooley’s documentary featuring adult star Lily Phillips. He noted how difficult it is to judge someone without understanding their personal experiences and motivations, reiterating that parenting is complex and adult children ultimately make their own choices.

Peter stated, “It’s so important to talk to your kids, especially with the world as it is today. It’s no good building a pool and telling them not to jump in – you need to teach them to swim.” Besides Princess and Junior, Peter shares three more children with his current wife, Emily MacDonagh.
Shortly after Katie made claims on her podcast, Peter posted a firm message on Instagram addressing the dispute. He revealed that for sixteen years, he stayed silent out of respect for his children but now feels compelled to clarify the facts. Peter disclosed that Junior and Princess have lived with him since 2018 under a legally binding court order established in 2019. He also referenced previous court cases where Katie was found to have made false claims against him, resulting in financial penalties and apologies.
Peter vowed to address further allegations and falsehoods in the coming months. A spokesperson for Katie Price responded by saying she is now in a better place mentally, handling the situation through legal channels, and refusing to engage in further public disputes.
