Peter Andre recently shared an unforgettable festival experience in his OK! column, just as festival season approaches. Reflecting on his midday performance at V Festival, he recalled an anxiety-filled moment when no one showed up right away.
“I remember wondering, ‘Who will be awake at midday after a wild night?'” Peter wrote. “We arrived around 11am and the tent was completely empty.” Panic set in as his manager reported only about 200 people with just 15 minutes before his set.
But then, miraculously, within five minutes, the tent filled with 12,000 excited fans and another 3,000 gathered outside. “The caffeine had finally kicked in!” he joked. For Peter, festivals remain one of the most exhilarating parts of the music industry and something he always looks forward to.

Peter also reflected on personal moments, sharing that he and his wife Emily recently attended a close friend’s wedding, which brought back memories of their own nearly ten years ago. He credited their lasting relationship to the strong friendship they built before becoming a couple.
Additionally, Peter mentioned his parents’ upcoming 70th wedding anniversary, expressing hope for their continued good health.
Looking ahead, Peter is gearing up for the world premiere of the film Jafaican in Australia. The screening at the Gold Coast Film Festival carries special significance, as it marks the same venue where he first performed in Australia 32 years ago—a full circle moment filled with excitement and nostalgia.
