Avon and Somerset Police have concluded their investigation into an incident on April 7 in Weston-super-Mare, where an 11-year-old boy became unwell. After detailed inquiries, no criminal offences have been identified.

Detectives conducted thorough investigations, including visiting the boy and his family following his hospital discharge, and gathering statements from witnesses and medical professionals.
