Marks & Spencer is set to unveil its impressive new flagship store in Bath tomorrow, Wednesday, February 4. Located at Bath SouthGate, the store will open its doors to customers at 9am, marking a fresh chapter for the iconic retailer in the city.
The move comes after M&S announced its relocation plans earlier this year. The expansive 83,000 square foot store boasts a prime spot in Bath’s bustling shopping centre, offering customers an enhanced shopping experience.
Inside, visitors will find a full range of fashion, homeware, and beauty products. The store also features a spacious food hall, a 140-seat coffee shop, an in-store bakery, and a fresh produce section sourced from 100 local farms, including those across Somerset.

Natalie Jordan, the Bath SouthGate store manager with over ten years of experience at M&S, expressed her enthusiasm about the opening: “Our customers deserve the very best of M&S, and this new location delivers that with innovative products, trusted quality, and exceptional value. Our team has been working hard to prepare, welcoming 40 new members onboard. We’re excited to welcome both locals and visitors to our new home.”

The new Bath SouthGate M&S store will operate seven days a week. For its grand opening day, the store will open at 9am, with regular hours following: 8am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.
