Neighbour from Hell Evicted After Tormenting Chard Residents

A troublesome tenant who made life unbearable for residents in Chard has been evicted from his home on Silver Street. On Thursday, July 3, local police collaborated with Stonewater Housing Association to remove the individual following numerous complaints about his conduct.

The tenant, along with others connected to the property, had been a source of continuous distress due to anti-social behaviour, drug use, and criminal damage. This prolonged disruption significantly impacted the well-being of local residents.

To secure the property, metal sheeting was installed over the windows to prevent unauthorized access. The evicted tenant has been prohibited from returning to the home except to retrieve belongings, which must be done under the supervision of Stonewater Housing Association staff.
